How do I place an order?
Simply find the product you require and select the variation that suits you. If you’re unsure on what variation to choose, either contact us or have a look at our most popular options in our “best sellers” tab in the products section.
How long will my order take?
This will depend on the product you order and whether it is a bespoke product or not. Generally, we offer a 3-4 day turnaround time for our products (excluding delivery), but if you require something sooner please contact us to find a solution.
Can you offer something that isn't listed on your website?
Yes of course! If you require a product that you can’t see on our website, simply just drop us an email or give us a call (details in our contact us page) and we’ll be happy to help.
What stocks do we use?
All our stock is FSC accredited, meaning it can be certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, showing that our stocks meet the "Gold Standard" ethical production. We have a range of stocks that can be printed on to suits your needs, and if you can't find what you're looking for don't hesitate to drop us an email.
Can I print on paper I have already bought?
Unfortunately, we are unable to print on any material that is not supplied by us due to our company policies and the effect it may have on our high-quality machines. If you require a stock that is not listed on our website, please message us and we may be able to offer you a bespoke option.
Do you offer an artwork service?
We strongly recommend that you provide a print ready PDF when looking to order one of our printed items, however if you are unable to, we do offer an in-house design service. If this is something you require please send an email to enquiries@ipc-print.com with your requirements
